Sky Watch Friday 7/2

It's Sky Watch Friday and it's your chance to post your Sky pictures and go to Wiggers World to join. Why don't you get a photo of the sky and join in.

This is my favorite ponds with a great cloudy blue Sky.
I was feeling artistic so here is the sun view though the Ohio Buckeye Tree.
I was on the dock at Lake Hodgson and the Sun was dancing on the water. It danced into two Suns. The little wave caused the split and I thought it was a quite artsy. If you look at the shadow below you might even see Darth Vader's helmet in the shadow around the twin Sun eyes. I hope that wasn't too artsy for you.

  1. It is well known that we Portuguese once sailed the seven seas searching for new lands, wealth and adventures.
We were brave in those days and gave the world new worlds!

Luckily I don’t have to sail the big oceans on a small ship to sea the wonders of our world …
No Sir, I just need to check with Mr. Tom, the finest host there is, for a trip around the world with SKY WATCH TOURS and with a click here, a click there I am quickly in the USA, England, Brazil, Italy, China, Australia, Finland … well, everywhere.

And on each stop I come to see a little marvel of our world under a great sky!
Hope you can come and see my piece of the sky at lenses & visions

  2. An excellent sky watch series, Fishing Guy.

I like the shots of the feathers and geese too! I never did see any young geese this year. I guess I just wasn't in the right place at the right time!

  4. Smack dab in the middle of perfection and includes the music.

I think this is going to be the best Sky Watch Friday yet. The things I have seen are very encouraging and the photography is spot on.

I really admire your photography skills and your critical eye for composition, lighting and texture.

  7. Great pictures but I do wish you wouldn't play the music automatically.

It isn't that I don't like it - I just don't want it suddenly bursting into life. Having the option to turn it ON is far preferable.
