I had a great week of cloudy Skies. No storms but a great powerful show.
I caught this bird in the tree, I think it is a young woodpecker.
I captured this while doing the horse shoot yesterday.
This was the duck pond that had some neat clouds.
I am going to do a post next week on Triangle Lake but this shot was so neat I wanted to share it today.
I do hope you enjoyed the Sky show.
Are these taken at your home? They're lovely.

ReplyDeleteThanks for sending Tricia my way... and calling me an "expert". I don't consider myself an expert, but I certainly love everything about weather and clouds. What she posted was actually a sun dog in a wispy result of a contrail that had been absorbed into the atmosphere as a cirrus cloud.

ReplyDeleteoh yeah - that last one is just wonderful. Reflection shots are hard because there are so many variables (fish, wind) that can break up your shot, and you have to be really patient. Thanks, that was beautiful.
