Sky Watch Friday 9-12-08

Sky Watch Friday is on it's own. Please check out the new sight and link in if you wish to participate. There were 387 people last week with beautiful Sky photos. You can link in from my side bar or above.

The Sky at the Brad Paisley concert after the rain left was unusual as the Sun set with pinks and purples. Here is a Sunrise on Lake Hodgson through the pine trees from my boat.
A pretty sight before Sun rise on my drive to work, the Sun was getting ready to come over the horizon.
It arose with a vengeance and the refraction of the Earth made it spectacular for a time.

Happy Sky watching to all my friends.

I love the light streaming through the trees on the lake - no wonder you get there early.

  58. Hi, Fishing Guy. I think I will add your blog to my sidebar. I found your site on Titania's blog, and I must say I'm intrigued. I am trying to get my husband more interested in blogging, and maybe if he sees how much fun a fisherman can have blogging, he will join the ranks. Your photos are lovely.

  66. Hi from Rabaul. I like this series of shots - all different but all evocative.

Well done on your 1st anniversary. I too have been blogging 12 mths - it is a wonderful hobby as I call it. I am a better photographer I "see" more of my surroundings now and I have contacts all over the world and with that goes a better understanding of people and their issues and where they call home.
