What Is It XXI

Another trio of finds, let us see how you do.

This is a real beauty don't you think?
Can you get this one, don't let the color fool you?
This is the tough one, go ahead and take a guess. It was a recent theme. I don't want you to guess the branch but what is behind it. This one is sneaky.
The first two are fun but what is the last one?

  7. I like your blog! Nice photos and commentary. I fish too though mostly salt water fly. We catch striped bass, blue fish and false albacore mostly. I'll show you the area where I'm from on Long Island's North Fork at:

Come fish from my little Boston Whaler!

  8. #1 is a daffodil and not a dandelion.

#2 is a wild iris like someone stated already.

#3 is a reflection in the water---I see fish and a twig along the riverbank too.

Of course, I'm probably all wet and none of the above is correct.

  11. You're entire too good at disguising things. The first flower is NOT a dandelion, but perhaps a mum of some kind. I have no idea about the second. The third appears to be a young sapling or perhaps a vine about to bud.

and maybe the reflection of a train in a pond ;-)

  14. ahh more great things to guess . . .

    The first I believe is in the chrysanthemum family - but not your regular run of the mill kinds;
The second - blue bells? Third is a reflection of something in the water -a sunset maybe?

  18. I first thought it was a Dandelion--but now I don't think so. Maybe some kind of Daisy.... Or Mum?????

2nd one is either in the Violet family or maybe one of those wild Irises..

3rd is some kind of reflection ---maybe a train or bus or truck of some kind...

    I'm NO good at this.

  21. Beautiful and I have no clue on the bottom one sadly.

  22. The first one looks like a mum or marigold, but I have to tell you that photo looks like it should be on a seed packet.

The second looks like a violet.

I'm lost on the 3rd. It looks to me like the reflection of an oak tree in the summer. Unlikely, no?

    1. Dandelion
    2. Vinca or Perwinkle
    3. Behind the branch is part of a bridge maybe or equipment working on a bridge.
