2018 Fish Ohio Crappie - 17" long
Oh man! Okay, looks like a dried flower or mushroom.
Some sort of Fun - guy like yourself FG!!!!
I did not know you took your bathroom sponge with you golfing Tom? My goodness but you have strange habits. LOL!! Okay seriously, I think this is a cross section of wood. :) Now please dont change the answer on me again. LOL!!
Gee Tom, I was thinking sponge - until I saw golfing, and that got me puzzled??.Dont know but - hey what the heck - FUNGI.
it looks like the chest feathers of a bird??It is a very pretty close up!!
Is it a moth's wings? It looks like one of those tan colored moths.
Is it the inside of a cracked open golf ball? I'm clueless!
Sponge?
Beats me, but it's a great photo.
Peeled tree bark?
On lookng at this again, I am sure it is a mushroom but I wonder why you would take a mushroom with you golfing. Most people use golf balls, not muchrooms. LOL!!
I have absolutely no idea, but I like the picture.
I should know this...but my mind is a total blank (no surprise there) Great shot to get tricky with.
Good shot, whatever it is--seemed like weathered wood/bark at first glance.
My guess is too wild.looks like a Bee hive
Easier?! You're kidding, right?I'm not even gonna attempt that one.
I love everyone's guesses so far. My first thought was bark, but perhaps that's because I shared bark in my most recent post ;--)Hugs and blessings,
I am foing to go with tree fungus?! hummmm tough one...
uhm. i have two guesses. one woyld be a bark of a tree and the other one is mud on a sole of a shoe or something.
Top of an acorn?
An animal hide.
Naaa!! It is your golf shoe!! Mine has holes like that in too!! :)
It's beautiful!
Some sort of tree bark?
I vote a mushroom. Nice shot!
I am with SaraG I think it is a feather maybe from a hawk? Nice macro shooting.
