Today's Flowers # 57 - Wild Yellow

My friend Luiz from Brazil does the Today's Flowers Meme, check it out. Come and join with your flower photos. Sunday at 2 GMT is the post time.

I do love wild flowers and this is a yellow tribute. This is Goldenrod, a beautiful flower in the field. I don't know the name of this tiny yellow flower but it is special with the coating of dew.
I always referred to these as Wild Daisey's because of their configuration. It does have a yellow center.
You can see a lot of great flowers at the above site.

  3. I agree about wild flowers, there are so many wild flowers that are as beautiful as any cultivated flower! And I enlarged the photos: lovely busy bee, and gorgeous dewdrops on the second!

  5. Goldenrod is just as lovely close-up as it is in a landscape scene it's included in. I took quite a few more panoramic shots of fields in Nova Scotia. The yellow made for such a nice effect.

I love your tribute to yellow!

I like them all but I do have a great fondness for Goldenrod.

Ours has not begun to bloom out yet and I can't wait until it does.

I hope you have great day and week!
