This is my posting for the My World Meme. It is hosted by Klaus, Sandy, Wren, Sylvia and myself. Won't you join in, I want to see where you live and thrive.
I went to a sportsman show this week at the Ohio National Guard Armory in Stow, Ohio. The guard displayed a few pieces of equipment out front of the armory.
I ran into an old friend that had mounted my Fish Ohio Walleye in 2003. His name is Skip Schweitzer and he fishes Lake Hodgson at times. He used to be a sports writer for the local paper and featured me one time. I enjoy seeing Skip every time I meet him. He runs a Skip's Taxidermy in Mantua, Ohio just North of Kent.
This is a pair of fish he caught on Lake Erie. It is a big Walleye and a big Sheepshead (Freshwater Drum). It was a fun day for him.
I also met Jack Kiser who currently writes for the paper and ran the show. He is the founder of Buckeye Angler Multimedia and hosts a TV show. We had a good conversation.
I went to a Muskie Seminar which I will tell about later but thought a neat photo of a Muskie would be cool. They are the biggest fish we have in the area.
There was so many other things going on this weekend to be left for another day. The Ohio State Basketball Team won the Big Ten tournament and heads to the dance with a #2 seed.

Sounds like a fun event to attend. I enjoyed the sequence of shots.
