The header theme this week by Gail's Man and is "Car Mascot". Mac,Tom, Darla, Gail's Man and I have a little contest to show a new theme header each week. Martha is on a break. I will be out of town for a week for my granddaughters high school graduation. Sorry if I don't get back to you.
This week was a little tougher then most. The more I looked the less I saw, nothing was showing up. I liked this window decoration on the rear window of a Ford F-150.
The one I chose was the only one I found that fit the bill. I took the photo with the people in the car as I drove by. The writing is from the parking lot marker. I bet they wonder what I was doing. Doggie, frogs, flag and peace. Quite the combination of mascots. I liked the reflection on the trunk.

Nice one Tom, the wolf strikes again.
ReplyDeleteInteresting. I would have a hard time looking in the rear with so much distraction. I have bugs in my rear window.
ReplyDeleteWould this have been classed as a 'Drive By Shooting' ?.. ;o) Well done... at least yours was on/in a car... ha!
ReplyDeleteYou must have been in a car park with 'Row 10' reflected in the glass. I bet the wolf picture is a headturner as it drives past.
ReplyDeleteHi Tom, That was a hard theme I think... The only car mascot we ever had was a stuffed animal one time which we called a "Car Dog".... (Quite creative, huh???? ha ha)
ReplyDeleteBetsy
Drive by shooting, LOL! Leave it to Tom-ass! I like the window on the truck in the entry.
ReplyDeleteSure miss playing along this week.
Enjoy your trip Tom :-)
The lady in the car appears as though she is looking back at you, wondering what you are doing.
ReplyDeleteLove the rear window..Great shot..
ReplyDeleteoh, for a moment, i thought that one was a real siberia dog..
ReplyDeleteVery nice shots. Unusual topic. We have a little frog that goes with us. I think one of the grandkids left it in the van and now it follows to whichever car we are in. :) Have fun.
ReplyDeleteNice choice and lucky find.
ReplyDeleteOne of our Rangers has a dash full of stuffed birds. It's a kick. Me, I just have a few rocks. ;-)
My wife would love those wolves!!
ReplyDeleteI love the wolves too!!
ReplyDeleteI love the header picture. The reflection makes it seem as if the dog and frogs are in row ten. Who do you suppose is in rows one through nine?
ReplyDeleteA whole crew of mascots for that car!
ReplyDeleteA difficult competition, Tom. I will look out for car mascots here in the city and if "safe", I'll photograph. Taking photos in public is frowned upon - I'm waiting for my photo permit and I should be able enjoy more freedom! Have a wonderful day.
ReplyDeletelove it, friend..very very nice.congrats

I'll bet they're still wondering what was wrong with their car that you took a picture of it. After they stopped I can see them walking around the car, looking for something unusual. *snicker*
ReplyDeleteI LOVE that back window on the truck! My dad would go crazy over that.
ReplyDeleteI like both of your pictures. You did a good job with a difficult theme. Have a great time at your granddaughter's graduation.
ReplyDeleteThere is an F-150 blue pick up truck that I see driving around my neighborhood w/ that same wolf scene - it always grabs my attention!
ReplyDeleteP.S. YOur blog header made me laugh!
haha, niceeeeeee!
ReplyDeleteI like it! I've had hatchbacks for so long I don't know where I'd put a mascot : )
ReplyDeleteI like very much the "banner" on the rear window!
ReplyDeleteGod bless you!
Cezar
