Header Competition # 37 - What is That Bug?

The header theme this week by myself and is "What is That Bug?". Mac,Tom, Darla, Gail's Man and I have a little contest to show a new theme header each week. Martha is on a break.

I wanted to look at some bugs this week. Here is a Katydid that climbed on my arm.
I loved the florescent green on this Six Spotted Beetle.
Here we are face-on with a dragonfly.
This is a Red Armored Cricket.
Here is a look at a Water Skitter.
I ended up choosing this Black Wasp for my header.

    I was wondering what hairy plant that bug was on....you have some great bug photos here! Still love the header.

    You captured really good bug pictures. The focus appears sharp on all of them. I really like that florescent green bug! BTW did you feel the earth shake today?

    Tom those are some cool shots of the "bug world" all around us... That black wasp looks like it packs a mean sting!
