I was really lucky to have another close-up opportunity with a Green Heron. I got with-in 5 foot of this bird with a slow and quiet trolling motor approach. Lake Hodgson has given me fish a photo opportunities.
It was pretty brave and posed for me.
After I had chased this bird I was surprised as I was going to the dock to see three more on the bank and wood not far away. Click on the photo to get a better look. Can you see all three?
