Header Compitition Season 2 #40 "Below the Water Line"

The theme this week is by Mac which is "Below the Water Line". Mac, Gail's Man,Lanny, Dave,Sandy and I have a little contest to show a new theme header each week. We now post anytime before 4 PM EDT on Wednesday and start the voting after that.


I really love this theme, I had some aquarium photos that I couldn't retrieve so I went with new lake shots. Here is a crappie from below the water line that hit on a curly tail jig.
Here are a deer and heron partially underwater. I love the heron reaction to the deer. 
Here are some fish below the water line in a little stream.
The header is a plant that grows Below the Water Line, water lilies.

    Certainly a large bed of lilies, with their roots below the water line. Great choice.

    Ahh where did my week go? I was feelin' rushed but just sure that I was going to make it back round to comment after I voted, oh well, best laid plans of rats and Lannies.

    Your photos are delightful, a very good side of water indeed. I like the little fishies in the stream the best I think. I miss goin' fishin' with my brother up on the river.

    Man I love fishing, its just that feeling that cannot be descibed when you hook one of these monsters..

    By the way, I liked the amount of photo's..
