If you have seen this on other post I apologize but this is important. Michele of Rocky Mountain Retreat has had another set back and will not be posting this week. Her last post was on Today's Flowers last week. If you know her stop over and see the beautiful posting from her husband, Marcell, on her condition. Let us all hold her in our prayers for a recovery from this illness. In honor of her great photography I post my the Lilies through the year from my daughter-in-law and my next door neighbor. This is also for you Michele and your quick recovery. You have given me so much encouragement in my photography and I thank you for all you have said.
My daughter-in-law has special lilies in her flower garden. This is only one of them.
The remainder are from my next door neighbors garden which is between our houses.

You do know more than fishing! The pictures of the flowers were exquisite!

It seems strange to visit your blog for the first time and see you have posted my favorite of all lilies. That Star Lily (bottom pictures) was what my husband always gave me when they were in season and so are extremely special to me. We also have a Day Lilly which is the same as your first one. I did a post on some of ours if you are interested in seeing them.
