Sky Watch Season # 4 Episode # 20

Sky Watch Friday this is the place. Please check out the site and link in if you wish to participate. There were a lot of people with beautiful Sky photos last week. You can link in from my side bar or at the start of this post. You can link a 3:00 PM EDT on Thursdays. SWF is run by Klaus, Louise, Wren, Sandy, Sylvia and myself.

I saw this number 9 in Roman numerals from some contrails during the Summer while in my back yard.

The small airplanes from the Kent State airport nearby in Stow often fill my sky. They use this sky as their learning to fly area.

I do hope everyone is having a great Thanksgiving.

  6. I miss the blue skies this time of year. Even the airport across the street from work is exceptionally quiet. Have a great Thanksgiving.

  8. That learning to fly thing would make me a little nervous if it was in my airspace.

  15. The skies in our valley often look like this, with trails from aircraft just over the border. I think your header is just magnificent!

  26. Contrails sometimes present us with photo ops equal to those of clouds (and judging from the number of images featuring human-made stuff posted, I think this must be Technology and the Sky week at Skywatch!) Nifty shots, FG, yet again.
