Header Competition Season 2 # 11 - The Light

The header theme this week by Lanny is "Anticipation". Mac, Gail's ManLanny, Dave and I have a little contest to show a new theme header each week. We now post anytime before 4 PM EDT and start the voting after that.  Dave was really tricky this week with a subject that take thinking.

Darla, Martha and Tom W are on a break. Come back as soon as you are able my friends.

Rather then take a photo of a light, I thought of the season and the light that was brought to us 2,000 years ago. So I based my shots around the Christmas season. This little clay manager in simplicity is very deep.
This photo shows a manger scene made from ceramic.
This is a Silver bulb on the main tree.
This shows the light shining on a red bulb on our Charlie Brown Tree.
But I decided on a decoration for Christmas that my wife had made. I think it is wonderful for the season and may its light shine for many years.

You can go see what the others have to show above. I wish everyone a joyous Christmas season.

  5. It makes for a very stylish table decoration. I bet it's packed away with care every January, to be brought out again the following December.
