The theme this week by Lew is "Bridges". Mac, Kathy, Craver, Lew, Christine, Wiggers and I have a little contest to show a new theme header each week. We now post anytime before 4 PM EDT on Wednesdays and voting begins after that.

This is the newest Kent bridge. It is one bridge North of Main Street and is the Fairchild Avenue Bridge while under construction.
It is now complete and opened to traffic.

ReplyDeleteTom, I like that header a lot. It has a nice way of drawing the viewer in with those tracks. I've never seen one like that with the flat road on top, and different passages underneath. Cool!

ReplyDeleteI really like the Main Street Bridge. It just seems to have much more character than the newer bridge.
