Header Competition Season 2 # 1 - Celebration

The header theme this week by Dave is "Celebration". Mac, Gail's Man,Lanny, Dave and I have a little contest to show a new theme header each week. We now post anytime before 4 PM EDT and start the voting after that. Sorry I'm late again, computer problems that I hope are solved.

 Darla, Martha and Tom W are on a break. Come back as soon as you are able my friends.

This past weekend was Kent State's Homecoming Parade and football game against local rival Akron University.

My wife's group marched in the parade.

The Kent State Field House was turned into a CELEBRATION area. They were all waiting for the team to come through. Kent beat Akron to make the game ideal. 

The CELEBRATION I want to share is the welcoming of the EXCEL group to Kent State. It took place at our house and the games were played and food eaten.

The cake is what I chose as my header, it is the perfect CELEBRATION symbol.
