This is my posting for the My World Meme. It is hosted by Klaus, Sandy, Wren, Sylvia and myself. Won't you join in, I want to see where you live and thrive. Click to visit other sites.
After 20 years comes when you no longer worry about the three R's. You then have 45 years to go to work before you get to do your own choice. So I have chosen my retirement work to be as follows. This is the time of year that I get to work at the three F's.
The first F is Farming. This is the time to reap from the garden and here is some of the bounty. The vegetable garden is producing more then enough for us two.
The second F is for fishing. I had a great day again today with a 13" Crappie and several 12" crappie. I had 30 fish in all and could have kept many more. This 13" one is a Fish Ohio fish, the first of the year for me. You get a pin and an award certificate. I wonder if I will get a bigger one later in the Fall?
The third F is photography. Well, at least it has an F sound. A pair of baby White Tail Deer are using my back yard as a play area. They have been nice to the garden so far. What a great Summer I am having, may it continue into the Fall. I love when they pose for me, scratch that itch way up there.
Just remember, boys just want to have fun also.

Your 3 F's are great. Nothing like produce fresh from the garden or fish fresh from the water and I love the shot of the deer.

I do all three 'f's also...though not as much fishing as we used to do. I was raised on a farm, so other than a couple years when we were first married and maybe a year or two when the kids were babies...I have always had a garden. Even if it is just a small one.
And I have loved photography forever...
what amarvellous post, you go and then go again!
Your world sounds like a great world. Your garden (farm) is certainly providing you with plenty of great eating. And while I wish you success with your fishing, I'm really looking forward to more of your foots!

You captured a lot of fish, so how would you prepare it for a meal? Fried or something?
