Header Competition Season 2 # 26 "Flight"
The theme this week is by Dave and is "Flight". Mac, Gail's Man, Lanny, Dave,Sandy and I have a little contest to show a new theme header each week. We now post anytime before 4 PM EDT and start the voting after that.
"Flight" is a great subject. I enjoy watching flight. You can capture a Mallard Duck as it starts its flight.
Or an Osprey as it fishes.
I enjoy the Great Blue Heron as it flies by.
Flight can also be about planes as they fly in formation.
Or that single jet as it goes by at a high altitude.
But my favorite is the seagull on wing in all its beauty so I chose it as my header to show "Flight".

These are all great ideas, but I think you picked the best one. Love the new header.

While I like the picture of the duck taking off, you definitely picked the right photo for your header.
What an incredible shot, now see, if I had gotten a shot like that with my camera you would be reading about me in the newspaper as the woman killed by a seagull! Yes, this week I have terrible camera envy!

That sky looks an unbelievable bluey blue. It shows the bird up very well.

Yup, you new header is the best. gulls make such excellent subjects.
