The theme this week is by Dave which is "Green". Mac, Gail's Man, Lanny, Dave,Sandy and I have a little contest to show a new theme header each week. We now post anytime before 4 PM EDT and start the voting after that.
What do you think about with the word GREEN? I must say I think about the greening of the Earth to make it healthy again I do recycle paper, cardboard, glass, cans and plastic through our city.
The next thing I think of is Spring rains and the greening of the plant. Our April rains have continued into May. It certainly has made the plants GREEN. These are in my herb garden with some chives to far along and blooming.
I love my Hostas plants and the Great Blue Hostas is just starting to spread it's wings.
I have planted a lilac bush and it is on its one year old.
My friend Becky gave me some bulbs and In the second year they are starting to bloom.
My Ohio Buckeye Tree is Green and has blossomed and I chose it as my green header. I hope you enjoyed the GREEN tour.
See what the others have to show.

About the word "green", I think of the ill-timed TAV construction in our so picturesque Susa Valley: "lost green", of course.
