The theme this week is by Lanny which is "Delicious". Mac, Gail's Man, Lanny, Dave, Sandy and I have a little contest to show a new theme header each week. We now post anytime before 4 PM EDT on Wednesday and start the voting after that.
I was a little late today while I fixed a Delicious meal. I started with 5 Yellow Perch
and six Bluegill.
They were filleted.
I then wrapped in in foil and added Italian Breadcrumbs and Parmesan Cheese.
I cooked them on the grill along with garden tomatoes, zucchini and onions.
So the results is my header, a Delicious baked fish dinner.
See what the others show at the links above.

I hope you didn't eat the whole lot yourself, as there's enough fish to feed a small army!
My mouth is watering here Tom - succulent.
Nice and tasty also info for cooking.
Lookin' might good, Tom! Brings back memories of fishing with dad and then eating the catch (out of Long Island Sound, so this happy memory probably has taken years off of us). More often than not, I choked on bones and had to be whacked on the back until--well, you know. But I do love fish. And those fillets look great.
You are right that does look delicious! I got home late this evening so I'm having cereal for supper. LOL
This is a doubly delicious post. You got both a neat header and a great meal.
Yummy and pretty.
Bonjour dear friend!
wow for sure fish is such a delicious idea and your header is very yummy! :)

Yum! Isn't that just awesome, eating what you caught! Those meals are the best ever.
Looks like a yummy fish dinner. Great series of photos. Have a great weekend.
I love grilled fish....haven't tried this recipe but guarantee you that I will.
We love to catch blue gill, speckled perch...and bass here in our pond (south Georgia.)
I try to purchase rainbow trout here....but am unable to find fresh ones at our fish market. We NEVER bought fish...always catch what we want to eat....but don't have rainbow trout here. :)))
Loving this recipe!!!
