My World Tuesday Season # 2 Episode # 41

This is my posting for the My World Meme. It is hosted by Klaus, Sandy, Wren,  Sylvia and myself. Won't you join in, I want to see where you live and thrive. Click to visit other sites.

The bridge at Crain Avenue is making progress. This is looking West to Fairchild Avenue across State Route 43. The water tank was shown on my blog at another time. This is part of the nations recovery act. They are also constructing a gas station in front of the gray house on the right.
Looking East the construction of the Fairchild Road. There are 3 roads closed so it makes it a lot harder to get to my house. The new bridge will not align with Crain (just to the left of the brown house) or Lake Avenue.
Look above to the link to see what others have shown.

It's going to be a cool bridge...but a gas station amongst all the residence? I think I'd rather drive a bit further for my gas. Just me.

Looks like something good is coming out of a tiny bit of that 'recovery' money... Your bridge and community will be a much better place once it is completed....

Great pictures.

IF the construction is finished, it will back to normal and maybethe flow of traffic is a lot better. How long it will take to finish? seems it takes a while yet, just be patient soon it will make easy for you if it's done.

There is a lot of construction going on in and around our town. It's a mess. It will long good when it is done though. Until it is done, it is tricky getting around and takes longer to get where you need to go.

I'm glad the bridge is coming along so nicely, but will the alignment with the streets cause problems?

This is progress?

The recovery act was 4 young men re-vegetating at Cedar Breaks and Grand Canyon getting some roads chipped sealed.

In South Africa they have undertaken a massive road project taking 4 lane highways into one while they work to make it sometimes six lanes in some areas going home at night takes me 3 hours to drive 45 Km's and this so far has taken 2 years will be finished the middle of 2011 it will be fantastic when finished but hair pulling while being contructed
