The theme this week is by Sandy which is "Falling". Mac, Gail's Man, Lanny, Dave,Sandy and I have a little contest to show a new theme header each week. We now post anytime before 4 PM EDT on Wednesday and start the voting after that.
We lost an Internet friend this week. Most of you know that I previously worked on Sky Watch Friday and My World. The head of the two groups, Klaus Peter of Virtua Gallery, passed away this week. This was a complete surprise to me. Both Sandy and Mac worked with Klaus. My World was Klaus's idea. He along with some others developed this blog group. In honor of Klaus, who was a great animal photographer, I am showing some local fawn triplets. They are running without there mother. I do hope she is well.
I first saw one fawn in my back yard.
I then saw two fawns.
There were three running together right up the front lawns.
They are pretty fearless and this one came within 10 feet. I think Klaus would have enjoyed the photos.
For the theme this week I have chosen Falling into the pool. The grandsons were trying to jump through a ring in the pool. Here is Matt jumping onto a float. Soccer boy goes butt first.
The header photo is of Matt hitting the mark as he Falls through the ring. See what the others have shown above.

Nice to see the lads enjoying themselves too in your Header.
What a sweet post. Of all the news we receive, death never gets easy to here...your grandsons look like they are having a great time!
Nice shots.. if i were to take with my camera, the movements will be shaken...
The pictures of the fawns were a nice tribute to Klaus. I also thought the pictures of the grandsons made a great header.
That's a wonderful tribute to Klaus and a great take on my crazy idea of falling. Your grandsons do it with style!
Beautiful fawns Tom and your grandsons are certainly jumping through hoops to try and win you the prize.
How wonderful to have several Bambi's walking around like that. Shame about Klaus. Looks like the boys had a splashing time!
So sorry to hear about Klaus! He was a great photographer.
Love the pics of your grandsons keeping cool. We've spent a lot of time in our pool this summer.
Sorry about Klaus, good post. I love the deer and grandsons. I know I need to comment more, but...... Hugs.
