Since I had a Eastern Gray Squirrel as my header, I thought I show some others who have visited during the year. This Black Squirrel wanted to eat. Maybe I should call it squirrels just like to eat
and eat
and eat.
They only take a break when they are full
or taking a rest between feedings.
I do hope you had fun with this critter and check out some others above.

LOL, they are determined little critters, I'll give them that!
The black squirrel is a cool looking critter. I have been watching the squirrels at my feeders this morning.
Wonderful squirrel series, Tom. That header shot is a stunner!
Great shots. They are mischevious little devils aren't they. Those black squirrels are nice. We don't have them here, but just 60 miles north of us in Syracuse, they do. I was so surprised one day when I saw one while visiting. You would think they'd live here too, we aren't that far away.
The last photo made laugh out loud. yur header is great, by the way.
never seen anything like that header - great stuff sandy
What a super header picture you got there. The squirrel doing the flat as a pancake mission impossible position is just so comical, it made me smile. Nice one.
Here we come, so watch out you furry little squirrels ... better run! Your friends, Clover & Cosmo!
I have NEVER EVER seen a black squirrel before. Just amazing. I always appreciated the squirrels at my feeders, and even went out of my way to provide especially for them (under the guise of trying to keep them from sucking the bird feeders dry!). Love the last photo the best! Have to wonder what was going through his mind at that moment. ~karen
I love looking at their bushy tails.
