The theme this week by Lew is "Spring Is Coming". Mac, Kathy, Craver, Lew, Christine and I have a little contest to show a new theme header each week. We now post anytime before 4 PM EDT on Wednesdays and voting begins after that.
Well, Spring is coming and so are the flowering bushes. This is a azalea that is at my daughters boyfriends house. It was full of blooms.
Can you believe how many blooms there are.
It is a beautiful Spring flower.
The other flowering bush is a Rhododendron. It is a beauty also.
It is a beautiful sign of Spring.
I went in for a close view of the flower.
Along with Spring comes another birthday for my father-in-law Gene Pisella. He just turned 100 and he lives alone and still drives in the daytime.. My wife enjoyed her time with him.

Almost Perfect
The theme this week by Christine is "Almost Perfect". Mac, Kathy, Craver, Lew, Christine and I have a little contest to show a new theme header each week. We now post anytime before 4 PM EDT on Wednesdays and voting begins after that. Christine gave us a challenge to show a photo that was almost perfect except there was a problem with what was shown,
Well the circle of life was shown in this photo. I always thought it would have been perfect if the garter snake hadn't squeezed the guts out of the toad.
This was a cool photo except for the dead flowers.
What is this I'm seeing through the garden fence. Certainly a fun shot through the fence.
Here it is again through the trees. I wish the face came out better.
Why did the camera focus on the branches. I wanted to focus on the fawn. It was almost perfect.

The Shape of Art
The theme this week by Mac is "The Shape of Art". Mac, Kathy, Craver, Lew, Christine and I have a little contest to show a new theme header each week. We now post anytime before 4 PM EDT on Wednesdays and voting begins after that. Whoops, I lost a day. I got up this morning thinking it was Wednesday. Surprise, it's Thursday and I'm late. Sorry my friends.
When I think of art I think of the art in Munich, Germany. Everywhere you look you see art shapes. This statue was interesting with the ruler and the lions.
The first thing I saw was this arch at the city entrance.
We parked in front of this line of statues.
This was a fish fountain. I had to show this shape.
Here is Mary and baby Jesus atop a church.
This is a famous colorful clock.
The buildings have such great shapes.
