My World Tuesday Season # 2 Episode # 36

This is my posting for the My World Meme. It is hosted by Klaus, Sandy, Wren,  Sylvia and myself. Won't you join in, I want to see where you live and thrive. Click to visit other sites.

I went fishing today and there was one other boat and a couple of Great Blue Heron
and a Seagull was getting the minnows I had lost off the water. He is ready to dive in.

The fishing was good and wet.

This deer came into the yard to check out the feeders. I was fishing so they were empty.

See a lot of other neat worlds above.

You will be having fish for dinner every night this week - what a catch! It looks misty there - a good place for herons, gulls, and fishermen.

Beautiful photos [Léia particularly likes the deer!], but what drew our attention even more was the header photo! Incredibly neat! Is it Austria?
God bless you!

Beautiful watery reflections, and the fish looks irresistible above all the dear deer me. When was the last time I saw one? Ah ---in 1991.

Wow, you caught 10 fish. Do you keep them for yourself or give away (or sell) some?

Martha Z said...

I bet your fish were bigger than the ones caught by the heron.

Nice shot of the deer.

You always get such a good catch. If I had to fish for food, I would starve.

Great pictures... You need to remember to fill the bird feeders BEFORE you go fishing next time... Poor little Deer.

Lots of fresh fish. In New Zealand, there is a legal size depending on the species.

What do you do with the fish? BBQ them?

George said...

I can't blame you for fishing in such a beautiful place, but the deer thinks you should have filled the feeders before you left!

Great shots - I do love that tentative expression on the deer's face! Lovely.

Thats a fine catch of fish, and a pretty fishing area to catch them in.
I am sure the deer soon found the feeders full of treats!

What a wonderful catch, hope you enjoy them, Tom. I love the great blue heron but they are more stelth and patient than me so I can never get a good pic of them. Thanks for sharing and have a great week.
