"Birds"

The theme this week is "Birds" by Kathy.  Mac, Kathy, Lew, Christine and I have a little contest to show a new theme header each week. We now post anytime before 4 PM EDT on Wednesdays and voting begins after that.

I really enjoy getting photos of birds. Here are a few I captured through the years. This is a Carolina Wren that came to the feeder.
This is a Rose Breasted Grosbeak on the top of the feeder.
Here are some Ruby Throated Hummingbirds getting a drink.
This was a flock of Wild Turkeys I saw.
Here is a Peacock showing off for the Peahens. They really make some load calls.
See what the others show on my side bar.

Ah, I forgot my turkeys and peacocks. I remember 50 years ago about this time of year visiting Portugal and there were white peacocks in Lisbon and a castle. Wish I could remember more. Nice birds!
