Back Yard Visitors 3
My final visitor to the back yard. I heard the screech call of a hawk . I looked into the pine trees and this is what I found. In the very to was a hawk.
I zoned in closer to see.
A little closer and it was a Red Shouldered Hawk. Can you see the red on the shoulder of the wing?
It did like to pose.
It was very comfortable at the top of the tree and put on a show.
I hope you enjoyed my visitors as much as I did.

Yes,I do see the red. Great shots.
Makes you wonder how such a big heavy bird can perch on the tiniest top branches with snapping them. Nice photos of the hawk.
