Mr. Grey Squirrel

I was in the middle of a snow storm and during the break I noticed something in the Ohio Buckeye Tree. Do you see it? It is Mr. Grey Squirrel with a buckeye he had buried in the yard.
The wind was blowing and the snow on his face didn't seem to bother him.
He finished the buckeye and high tailed it across the yard.
The snow was really flying as he went. I thought this was a cool action shot.
I'm home from the hospital and had an angioplasty on my heart which will limit my visiting. I thank you for your visits.

It's a good thing squirrels in Ohio have adapted to snow. The snow doesn't phase this guy at all.

Thank you for visiting my blog; at leas this swan will not be eating fish, leaving them all for you. Ken and I saw some squirrels in Minnesota but these were extremely red. Great captures, squirrels are fast.

Love the squirrel in snowy action!

Glad you're doing well. Just saw your e-mail on that. Since I've been behind in visiting, I had no idea of this. So glad things are well. Get all the rest you need!

Fishing Guy: first of all, I hope you are well now. Do take care of yourself.
I like these pictures of the squirrel (it's so difficult to photograph squirrels): the close ups are fantastic.

I hope you are feeling well rest up and take it easy. You squirrel snaps are very great. They seem such characters we don't have them here.

Squirrels are so cute - I NEVER get tired of watching them! Yours is a bit grayer than the ones we have in Sweden - or is it their wintercoat? I would hardly know what a Swedish squirrel looked like in wintercoat, haha! We have desert squirrels in Niger too, but they are shy. So cute though! If I post a picture of one, I'll let you know!

Now that's the kind of squirrels I'm used to seeing - instead of the black kind!
