Sky Watch Season # 4 Episode # 43

Sky Watch Friday This is the place. Please check out the site and link in if you wish to participate. There were a lot of people with beautiful Sky photos last week. You can link in from my side bar or at the start of this post. You can link at 3:00 PM EDT on Thursdays. SWF is run by Klaus, Wren, Sandy, Sylvia and myself.

I was at the doctors for a check-up and a emergency helicopter was just lifting off. The sky was bland but the copter was neat.

The wife and I stopped at the grocery story and this was the sky that greeted us as we walked out the door. I thought it was amazing with all the color in the Sunset.
See a lot of great skies above.

Yep, yellow helicopters are cool. I hope that it was just on a training run. Your sunset is cool also, I love the warm peachy colors. Can a cool photograph have warm colors?

What's really wonderful is the vast difference in the two skies -- from no color, but the yellow helicopter to a sky full of colors and brilliant ones at that! Have a lovely weekend, Tom!

Tom that little yellow bird would have been fun to ride, except that if you are riding on it your probably not feeling so good... The second pic is beautiful, it's really cool how we get a new painting every evening... and no two are ever the same!

Great photos, one of the neatest things with Sky Watching, once you start, you start to see more interesting things going on up in the sky all the time.

A beautiful sunset! When my daughter was in the hospital for a few weeks about a year ago we loved watching the helicopters land on the roof next to ours...although it wasn't so pleasant to listen to in the middle of the night!!!

Yes, the liquid gold on the horizon is quite stunning and catches the eye, however my eyes fall in and wander in a world that is persimmon. I absolutely without a doubt love that color.

Helicopters are dangerous, so says the fellows that fix them, no one is quite sure how they stay up in the sky!

Two very different but wonderful sky views.

That second sky is gorgeous!

I've always wanted to ride in a helicopter, but that certainly wouldn't be the one I'd want to ride in.
