"LOST"
The theme this week by Kathy is "LOST". Mac, Chris,Kathy, Rich and I have a little contest to show a new theme header each week. We now post anytime before 4 PM EDT on Wednesdays and voting begins after that.
I had thought to be lost and the woods to be my theme but then I thought of the fact that the trees had lost their color and leaves. Where did they go? Well some are on the water and I decided to use this one as my header. They were certainly LOST. They were lost from the trees and had lost their way and color.
The beauty of the shoreline is lost from just last week.
The leaves are afloat and i captured them as they passed by.
Sometimes they traveled together.
Sometimes they carried some of their color.
But they were certainly lost and travelling aimlessly on the lake.

We traveled back and forth across the mountains multiple times in the last month, and each time the scene was different. We have lost our summer for sure and I am not sure we aren't about to lose the Fall.

I'm impressed by the pristine images of the singular floating leaf in your header, as well as the reflective shoreline. They're absolutely beautiful.
