Reflections

The theme this week by Lew is "Reflections". Mac, Kathy, Craver, Lew, Christine and I have a little contest to show a new theme header each week. We now post anytime before 4 PM EDT on Wednesdays and voting begins after that.

This is one of my favorite things to do from the boat. I enjoy capturing birds and their reflections. Her are a pair of young Green Herons near the shore. What a show they put on with their colors.
This is a female Mallard Duck that doesn't have the normal coloring.
This Cormorant was drying it's wings on a buoy, what a show.
The morning mist made this shot special. There is the Great Blue Heron and the tree reflecting on the water.
Here is another in the cattails fishing the shoreline.
How about a Canada Goose in a wet parking lot, Pretty cool, eh.
See what the others show on my side bar.

Your pictures reminded me of some other files I could look in for reflections. Great birds, Tom.

The misty shot has a classic Loch Ness feel about it.

Beautiful photos, all. Imagine, water that isn't frozen! I'm ready for spring!!!!!

You definitely got some beautiful reflections. It's obvious you get some great catches even if the fish aren't biting!
