Sherri of Sherri K Photography has tagged me on her blog. In turn, I have to post the 4th photo from the 4th folder in my computer and tag others to do the same.
Here is my photo: It is a photo from my bird folder of a Common Grackle. This photo was taken in late April in the back yard and even if it is not perfect focus I love the eye and the colors in the bird.
I do hope Darla, Salty, Willard and Warren will play.
Tricia had wonder what Brady Lake looked like in the Winter. I tried to get this same view as last Fridays post. The fence along with the sunken tree must be there in the water as a fish attractant because they haven't moved all Summer.

The grackles gleaming eye comes out well in your photo! And seeing those boats frozen in the water makes me long for spring!

You did a great job of capturing the eye of that grackle. The picture of the lake is nice, but I like it better when the water is liquid, not solid!
Tom, When I was at Tybee Island in October, we had a condo on the beach. The grackles were all over the place down there. We fed them bread--and they kept coming back for more.

Very nice. Thank you for playing.
Glad you posted winter lake photo -some contrast isn't it!
Come by when you can and check out my fishing post. :)
The eye is nice and sparkling indeed.
Great shots, Fishing Guy.
I wonder why a lot of people do not like them? They are such attractive birds.
I'll play! Great Grackle and you know I adore that snow photo!!
I like the bird too : ). It doesn't have to be perfect to be beatiful! Holy Canoli that is a lot of snow!
It's always fun to pull up old pictures. Yours of the grackle is nice, although they are far from my favorite birds.
FG, I havn't got 4 folders on my computer! I just keep all my pics in one folder. I have shown a Little Owl today, I hope it will be exceptable!
These memes are kind of fun. I did a 6th picture one. You never know what photo it might be.
Your grackle reminds me of the movie "The Birds"
Love the how the bird's eye pops! And the lake shot looks like a postcard-or a Christmas card.
Not only a great job catching the grackle, but also a fantastic view from the lake. That's snow, for sure.
Love the grackle, they are one of the first harbingers is spring around here.
I can’t believe that they allowed the boat to freeze in the lake; I would think the ice would have to damage the pontoons.
My tag post is up now
