Since I chose that one here is another morning on the lake shore. I love sunrise on the lake.
Here is my first encounters with the Loons in Canada. What a beautiful bird
The Great Blue Herons put on a wonderful show on Hudson Springs Park.

This is one of my favorite photo subjects. I decided to show some of the wild animals that come into my back yard. I love the Spring when the fawn are coming into the yard to feed. I enjoy the spotted colors of the fawns.
As we get into the summer the fawns start to lose their spots. Here is a pair with one changed and the other still in spots.
I get a herd of deer coming into the back yard.
This deer was covered with snow which didn't bother her. She has a thick winter coat.
A big snowfall gives some interesting wild animal photos. I hope you spotted the deer.
The wild animals have to still forage in the winter. Here is a gray squirrel with a winter coat.
Here is a wild animal contrast with the rabbit hiding in the shade near the groundhog.

This was my favorite for the theme. I like the way the people are reflected with the great blue heron.
A trip to Lake Erie was the place for this reflection with people.
This is catching a window reflection with the people behind me.
Here is a car mirrow reflection of me.
Here I am in the reflection of my truck window.

This week there was no doubt what I think Ideal Weather consists. I thought the smile on my grandson on the boat shows how much fun it involves when you have ideal weather.
It is nice to have a largemouth bass on the Hot-n-Tot.
It is also fun to see the mallards and the family.
The ideal weather often includes a beautiful sunrise.
As the days continue you often have fun cloudy days.
It doesn't matter if there is a mist on the water if you have good fishing day with ideal weather. Even the UFO on the right top didn't bother me. you can see the reflection in the water.

The year has started with winter storm Hercules dropping a lot of snow. I have cleared the driveway twice today. It is supposed to continue into tomorrow. The Holly Bush outside my window shows a good covering of the downfall.
You can see as I look at the neighborhood the snow plows aren't keeping up. There is a coating of ice under the snow so slippery driving.
My daughter and I went out for breakfast and the Star Wars fighter had a good coating of snow.
My truck is really showing the snowfall with the snow pile on the bumper.
Here is a friends lake that is frozen over.
So, two passes this morning with the snow blower with another to come for certain gets the driveway cleared.
