Sky Watch Friday 9.26.08

Sky Watch Friday is on it's own. Please check out the new sight and link in if you wish to participate. There were 384 people last week with beautiful Sky photos. You can link in from my side bar or above.

I made a trip to Pennsylvania for a golf outing and stopped on the way to capture this rolled hay field.
It was a little later at the course and I saw this Sky.
The weather cleared during the day. How can you pass up a nice reflective pond on the course.
The afternoon sun was also very nice and those wispy clouds were still there.
This is the view from the highest point on the course with a view. I waited until my brothers cart was in view as we left the course.
Be sure to visit a lot of great Skies at SWF.

The sun is like a hole in the sky! And yes the blue sky on the pond with greenery looks so calm, wonderful!

Lovely location for a golf course, and a nice series of photos to illustrate the day. I almost understand why you would have taken up the game. :)

You asked if I was from Ohio. I'm not, but my husband is and still has family there which we visit frequently.

Wow - so fishers golf? Or golfers fish?! How do you fit all that into your life, and still have time to take pictures to prove it!?? Nice series of photos - I'm especially partial to the rolled hay (or not). Happy SWF.

There's nothing quite as lovely as rolling green manicured lawns.
:-) I like that 2nd shot. It looks like something was streaking back and forth through the clouds messing them up.

Those scenes could be England or Ireland. Strange isn't it.

You drove a long way to play golf. I would like to drive a long way to take pictures and skip the golf. I do like the pictures you took.

Great golf and sky photos FG. I used to play golf and would always see some of the most beautiful view on the courses.

Rolled bales are really fun to see. Another great set of skywatch pics. You didn't tell us how you did playing golf and wasn't Abe's comment cute.

P.S. FG, I did something silly today to go with the current political and ecomonic scene. Come take a look and you can play a game and maybe get a laugh or two about our state of affairs.
