Today's Flowers # 69

My friend Luiz from Brazil does the Today's Flowers Meme, check it out. Come and join with your flower photos. Sunday at 2 GMT is the post time

I await the season change when everything is again abloom. The Spring flower that comes out first is the Crocus shown here in purple.

It also comes in a neat yellow color.

It also comes in a white phase. It is so nice to see it force its way up through the ground.

You can see a lot of great flowers at the above site.

Harbingers of spring and my first favorites of the season!
These are lovely. Wish I could see some popping up through the snow on my ground. :)

I'm afraid you're likely to see the ground covered with that cold white stuff before you see these beauties blooming again!

Beautiful blossoms ... my favorite colors! I have crocus and iris shoots coming up in my yard right now and am worried about what's going to happen to them.

Beautiful crocus'. I always enjoy seeing the first ones appearing. Have a while to go before that happens now though. Lovely photos.

These are so precious!

With winter just starting here, the photo makes me hopeful about the new spring that will follow, which will bring more of these beautiful plants and new life!
