Today's Flowers # 70

My friend Luiz from Brazil does the Today's Flowers Meme, check it out. Come and join with your flower photos. Sunday at 2 GMT is the post time.

I posted Spring flowers last week and I continue with some Spring blooms this week. This flower blooms every year.

I think it has a neat yellow and white bloom. It is called Tupila Tarda, thanks Ruth. It is a member of the Tulip family.

It is neat surrounded by the purple flowers.

You can see a lot of great flowers at the above site.

It is a lovely flower and those are great photos of it. I enjoyed the last one too with it's little lavender companion.

Gorgeous! When I bought some bulbs like that, they had the unforgettable name of Tulipa Tarda.I think they might have come up with a better name for such a pretty flower.
