Header Competition Season 3 # 8 - "Hello December"
The theme this week is by Lanny is "Hello December". Mac, Gail's Man, Lanny,Dave,Kathy and I have a little contest to show a new theme header each week. We now post anytime before 4 PM EDT and voting begins after that.
We are ready to turn the bend into December. The weather is a changing and the results can be seen on my deck.
I was able to capture a 13 point buck in the back yard. The deer are coming to share the food.
I put some corn out and the deer came in a few hours later.
How many animals do you see in this photo. Take a good look around the yard and in the woods.

Oddly the top photo appears as a sleigh with toy bag and reindeer antlars...or maybe I'm just to imaginative for my own good

You can only imagine the snow we get in South Jawja...none!!
Love the buck in the woods-but the snowy trees are nice too : )
I hope we don't get much snow this year, as we did last. Untreated roads, cars at a standstill. Still it did make for some good shots.
We don't have snow yet but sure saw some while traveling.
Tis, surely, the season! We have a few deer around, but the fields still have grass and there are lots of buds to nibble.
