What Is It XXVI - Answers

#1 certainly was an interesting looking fungi. I certainly understand the shell answer for this one. It definitely had a pearliest color. It was nestled among the greenery from #2. Regina from the Philippines guesses a mushroom. She always has great photos on her site. Great job on that guess. The color was also a real trickster. #2 It does look like a forest of trees Mac and I'm not growing anything illegal Gaelyn and Joan. Jo from South Africa was the first to guess a succulent plant. It was the best I could do with an ID. Thanks for knowing I was not growing nothing illegal. She has a neat site and was driving a big rig yesterday. Craig was close with the Spider Plant. The small plants were 1/4" diameter.

#3 Pretty tricky putting on two photos of fungi that were so different. It just added to the fun. Craig got this one but missed the first one. He has been to Silver Springs and has a lot of great photos on his site.
I hope you gave it your best guess.

oops another busy beginning of the week. Birthdays, horse fetching and farm work! So I missed weighing in. But that's all good 'cause I would have revealed the condition of the glasses in my dishwasher I am sure of it. I absolutely love the chap on your header, even if he is a marauding trouble maker, I sort of have a soft spot for bad fellas. Well, as long as they're cute. I think I might have a picture to stump even the great Tom-santini. I hope I can get to it soon. Sorry 'bout the deleat and repeat but there was a glaring misspelling (even to me) and I just couldn't let it rest.

Thanks Tom, another great time had at the fishing guy's blog!

Who is the Jo you speak of? Can't be Joan because she makes me call her "Joan the magnificent and all powerful blogger Queen of the world" How do you get to call her Jo? LOL

Only 1/4-inch in diameter?! Whoa, was I ever wrong! I imagined them to be four feet tall.

Whew. I'm sure glad that isn't an illegal plant. LOL! Mushroom would have been my second guess. Maybe I'll have better luck next week.
