The Florida Aquarium Revisited

I thought I would revisit the Florida Aquarium in Tampa Florida. There was such a lot to see and I only gave you a taste of the aquarium when posting in June. The most interesting bird to me was the Roseate Spoonbill and they had a pair standing in a tree. There is something about their bill and their color that just makes me smile.

Did he just wink at me?
They are fun with the vulture like bald cap.
This one was on one foot and you can see the other tucked underneath.
This is my tribute to a great bird.
If you want to see other wild birds from Florida I suggest you visit Klaus at Virtua Gallery for some great photos of Florida birds.

Aren't they cool? Saw two of them today, but too far away to get a decent shot! They lighten up every place where they are with their color! Good shots!
Cheers, Klaus

Their feathers are so beautiful, but their heads are sort of homely. I'd say it is definitely winking at you! I'm still waiting for someone to tell me why birds stand on one foot??

Hello my friend Fish

Beautiful bird.
So I know, this beak, in the form of spoon, acts as a sieve, through which passes the water, and food is withheld.
This was a great look for you.

Abraços
Marcos
