Sky Watch Friday # 23

Sky Watch Friday has on it's own site. Please check out the site and link in if you wish to participate. There were 340 people last week with beautiful Sky photos. You can link in from my side bar or at the start of this post.

This unusual cloud formation reminded me of a bear. The sky was changing fast and I was headed North at the time.
The Sun was going down and the clouds were moving in.
The Sun barely had a place to show it's face as it continued down.
This is for my own sanity as I go back to the skies of last May from my boat. I await the change to blue skies and fair weather and Winter hasn't even started. Winter will start on December 21 11:59 GMT.
This seem the only way to see a sunny day lately.

Beautiful sky images all of them but third from the top is amazing. That light of the sun struggling to get through the thick clouds is lovely.

Ah! Another pull out of a summer pic! Seems to be common this week on SWF.

All your photos are lovely, summer or winter (late fall, to be precise).

Love the clouds. We are blessed to live in the south - so even in the winter we still get nice sunny even sometimes hot weather.

I guess the spring skies are happier than the winter ones, but winter has it's own magic too!

Neat photos, Fishing Guy. Except for the actual cloud formations, your skies looked a lot like mine this past week -- hardly a place for the sun to show its face.

Thanks for your visit to my SWF post.

Wishing you a very Merry Christmas.

Look into the sky often has the effect of taking us somewhere else and into another world.

Wonderful series of piccies and then the reminder of summer. Love the tune this week too.

Summer always seems a lifetime ago at this point in the year. I wonder how that is. I am an oddball who loves the cold and mess of winter, but I wouldn't mind a balmy day on the boat about now, either.

No skies are more beautiful than those seen when you are in a boat! I don't want to wish my life away, but look forward to summer.

FG, we all live in our photos and memories when the grey days of winter descend upon us. Hang in there. Spring will come. It always does. Lots of love to you and yours from Jack and I.
