Camera Critters #58

Camera Critters by Misty Dawn, go here to see who's participating.

This is one of the biggest perch I've caught from Lake Hodgson, 12" long. There are also a White Crappie and a Black Crappie in the photo.
This American Robin came by while I was cleaning the fish.
I was able to get a good photo of the bird with the orange breast plate.
Go and visit some other critters from around the world.

Every time I come here I get a good fishing lesson! Between you and Frank's blog, you'll make a fisher(wo)man of me yet!

Great shots. The last one of the bird is great.

Your robins are so different to ours, but the fish I recognize. Nice catch camera and rod.

Glad to see your getting you line wet again and having some good catches to boot! Seldom do I see a 12" perch I consider a 10"er and good sized around these parts.

Those were some really nice crappies in your earlier post, I bet they were delish!

My sister loves to fish and I love robins! Nice pictures and a nice catch.

Now, you need to change your story to have the red robin being the one who captured those fish above...

Hi Tom,

Looks like you had a wonderful fishing trip and a good encounter with the robin.

Congrats, Tom... That is a big one!!!!! Have you eaten him yet????? YUM!!!!

We can see (from our home) a Robin's nest on top of our neighbor's gutter. George told me to get my binoculars and look them closer. I told him that I couldn't do that for fear the neighbors (whom we don't see often) would think that I'm spying on them... ha

Have a great Sunday.

I used to catch perch off the dock in Canada when I was about 7 or 8 for my Dad to use when trolling for pike!! Those that I caught were about 4 or 5 inches long..great memories!!
Looks like you are about to plant that garden..ahhh spring has come!
Nice post!

I adore the Robin photo... I have seen a few flying around here from tree to tree but they are jumpy birds and quite hard to photograph.
You did a wonderful job at this one!!!

Hugs♥
