There were some great guesses on #1 and Mac from England got it right off. Maybe he has a run in with a Teasel. This is a top view of the dangerous plant. Here is a side view if the top view confused you.
The snow on my windshield above the windshield wipers as I drove to the hospital for exercise. I thought that build-up may be confusing. Darla from Florida got this one first, that was a surprise to me.
The blooming of the Tamarack Tree. This is the largest stand of them in USA in the Kent Bog. I showed the tree in my Triangle Lake post a few weeks back. Look here to see them in bloom. My friend Tom from the ODNR had worked at the bog and he knew what it was. You really had to pay attention to get this one.

One day, I am going to get them all right then you will see how shocked I am going to be. Thanks Tom. These are fun but I am not sure if I like being on the "other" side of this game. :)
This was fun!! and I'm still skipping around the house cause I got one right lalalala!!
Well---I could have guessed on 1 and 3 all night/all day ---and never gotten either of them. Not sure I've ever seen either one.. Guess I'd better come OUT of my cacoon and learn a thing or two!!!! ha ha
How are you feeling?

Teasel...isn't cloth made from this??
Well, a teasel is always a teasel!
Great Shots: I'm looking forward to spring and warmer weather myself in hopes of doing some fishing. Take care.
That was fun, but I was wrong! I thought the 1st one was a pine cone for some weird reason! hehehe
I never would have guessed! very impressive plant!
Nice quiz and great photographs.
I did have fun-even though I didn't get any of them!
Drats- I missed the quiz! But at least I got to enjoy your photos!
You did a great job of stumping us with a couple of these!
These are fun!
Teasel. . . I didn't know that's what they were called. They look what I have made Christmas ornaments out of before, if it is, they are very sharp!
