Another trio of finds are coming your way on What Is It. Let's see how you do.
This first should be really easy if you know me. This is fairly common in the USA, do you know what it's called?
This is the stump-er, if you got the first two let's see how you do on this one. Have fun but don't stress out on what it is. Answers will be tomorrow morning.

Haven't got the faintest idea ... but I sure will come back to see the answers
Well I'm befuddled, too. The first one looks like something is covered up in slimy mud and the last one looks a little like a clam shell. Ok, you can stop laughing now and I'll look for your answer tomorrow.
My guess is: #1 the corky bobber thing for fishing #2 A lilly pad type plant (water lilly? water plant) #3 hmmm bugs in stagnant water? buggy fish eye? I dunno!!
The first one looks like the eye of a body you have buried or maybe just a frog. :)
The second I think may be water hyacinth and the third has got me stumped for sure!! Maybe the skin of a fish? Or else a mud puddle!! Yip that is it!! A mud puddle for number 3.
Those are my answers and I am sticking to them. :)
I thought you were going to be kind to me and make them easy this week Tom? :)
Joan: I must say for posting great Mystery Mondays you certainly fight for an answer from the other side. Where do you think I would get a red eyed dead body? That #1 was the easy one. I have to say your batting 0 for 3.
You better have another cup of coffee then take a new round of guesses.
I agree with many of the others. A mud-covered fishing lure, a pond lily of some sort, and freshwater clam of some variety. And those were my guesses before reading the other comments. So I don't feel that I am to far off. I'll find in the morning.
Lanny: #1 Good one, I haven't seen a red and white golf shoe. This answer tells me that you miss golf and are being a stick in the mud about going golfing. #2 You must smell something stinky with this photo. This tells me that your your house must need a good cleaning. #3 This tells me you have a baby in your future from your response. The test was very reveling. My best psychiatry thoughts on your answers. You may get off the couch, your time is up. The first visit is always free. Please come back soon. Dr. FG

Janet: Your on the right track, keep trying.
just passing by decided to say hello, maybe a fly catching plant for number 2
I'll admit that you have me completely stumped as well. I'll be back to see the answers and to feel foolish.
Hey Tom, I'm going to guess on #3 and say that it is a paper pondshell mussel. I think Janet is on the right track here.
Tom
I can;t get........
Hi there! Thanks for visiting my site today!
My guess is:
#1 the corky bobber thing for fishing
#2 A lilly pad type plant (water lilly? water plant)
#3 hmmm bugs in stagnant water? buggy fish eye? I dunno!!
Fishing bobber
skunk cabbage
fresh water clam
????
First two I'm pretty sure about - very sure about - that last one....
I was getting worried I lost my guessers but the last few have been really good.
The first one looks like the eye of a body you have buried or maybe just a frog. :)

Have no clue! Impressive close ups!
I'll throw in my guesses FG. #1 with your hint is a mud covered bobber. #2 is skunk cabbage. #3 freshwater mussel. Blue Skies.

I'm stumped. From reading this, the first sounds like a muddy fishing lure, bobber, some such. The others??? :)
A golf shoe in mud
Skunk cabbage leaf
Egg casing
I feel like I have just been to the psychiatrist office.

Oh dear!! Here I was thinking I had them all correct. LOL!!
Okay, let me try this again.
#1 An ET's eye?
#2 A green plant
#3 Pumpkin going mouldy
There, see I knew the answers all along!! LOL!!
You are right Tom, it is different on this side of the game but still a lot of fun. :) Thanks for posting it for us.
You stumped me Tom. I have no clue as to what these are. While the 2nd one seems to be a leaf of some plant, the other 2 just foxed me.
Lanny: #1 Good one, I haven't seen a red and white golf shoe. This answer tells me that you miss golf and are being a stick in the mud about going golfing.
