Today's Flowers #37

My friend Luiz from Brazil does the Today's Flowers Meme, check it out. Come and join with your flower photos. Sunday at 7 GMT is the post time.

These are a few of the flowers blooming in our spring. This is a small wildflower from a mixture of packaged bulbs. Arija let me know it was a Himalayan Anemone.
This is a Daffodil that was growing at the library.
There are a lot of neat flowers blooming in the world.

The first one looks like a Grecian windflower. Love these gorgeous little flowers, and daffodils are always so cheery and sunny. Your photos are very nice.

I love the colors on the first one! Delicate and still so blue!
So lovely to see flowers grow all around after a long winter! :)

That's a pretty blue wildflower. The daffodil with white and yellow color combination is the second one I saw.

OK I totally agree with you about the crappie!!! They are the best. I was raised on crappie and anything else got thrown back. My husband is a bream fisherman, nothing wrong with that but I long for fresh crappie. There is a definite talent to catching the crappie, which my daddy had; can't get husband to tackle it.....

Tom the Himalayan Anemone is just so beautiful. Amazig to get something like that in a packet of seeds. It is a perennial and if left undisturbed will naturalized to form a large clump, particularly in your climate.

Your flowers are nice to see. And they are far ahead of us here where I live. Most all of mine are just beginning to pop up.

I have some of the pretty anenomes just like yours-I've heard them called windflowers because it seems the wind carries them and spreads them along. Pretty pics.

I love your flower meme - I would love to particpate, but there just aren't that many flowers around here to photograph. Maybe when I move to Seattle ... (dream, dream...)
