Camera Critters # 63

Camera Critters by Misty Dawn, go here to see who's participating. I will be traveling this week but will check your post when I return.

I was with my Brother-In-Law when I spotted this. Do you see it? It is there and quite visible. I have seen very few sitting still so far this year.
Did you see the dragonfly on the branch? It has a good hold.
It kept hold of the branch and got a shot from the bottom.
I decided to try for a real close-up, how about this one. You can see the feet and spikes on the legs.
I do hope you enjoyed the trip from my journey.

I love photographing dragonflies when they sit still long enough. The used to have a "dance" in our backyard, it looked like hundreds of them!

Wonderful! I love dragonflies, but for some reason, around here they just fly by and don't stay long enough to grab the camera! Lucky you!

Dragonflies much underrated creatures. Many and varied in colour and so quick. I've still yet to get a photo of one. Marvellous captures.

Very nice macro work with the dragonfly! I'm sure this was not an easy feat. Great work.

I'm showing off two cute girls and "Remedy" this week at my CC post.

I love dragonflies !!

I spotted one when we were down by the river, a couple of days ago. Unfortunately it would not sit still long enough for me to snap it !

Yours was certainly co-operative !! :-)

Great shots !!

Marvelous detail. It kinda looks like it has cataracts, doesn't it? Hey, is there a bug doctor in the house?
